Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
Important Note on Fragrances
Fragrances are classified as hazardous materials for air transport due to their alcohol content. This may affect shipping options available to certain destinations and could result in longer transit times for some international orders. We comply with all applicable carrier regulations.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via Instagram. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
