All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any fragrance products once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
Why we have this policy
Fragrance products are personal and sensitive by nature. Once an order has been dispatched or a product opened, we are unable to resell it. This policy protects the quality and integrity of every order we fulfil.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Before you buy
We encourage you to review all product details, scent notes, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Change of mind or dislike of a scent after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
